In a perfect penal code, vulgarity would be punished with the death penalty.
Some imbecile, some moron on reddit once wrote—the topic at hand being MGTOW—that Kierkegaard, while worth reading especially regarding female nature, suffered from “oneitis.”
I honestly ask: when – when will Gómez Dávila’s wish come true? Namely:
In a perfect penal code, vulgarity would be punished with the death penalty.
“Oneitis” – what else is there? The opposite is either celibacy – or a life of vulgarity and sexual debauchery, i.e. the current trends in the West which are killing us. Far from a depopulation agenda existing, we have a dysgenesis agenda that is being pushed; pushed also by online trolls, or maybe they even get paid for their idiotic pro-dysgenics propaganda.
Also, apart from “oneitis” being part of civilization, “game” isn’t and never was. It is the downfall of a society.
As Schopenhauer wrote in his Metaphysics of Sexual Love, the process of “falling in love” with a specific individual is that which actually elevates this otherwise very base drive above what goes on in the animal kingdom — and even there, as Konrad Lorenz wrote in his Civilzed Man’s Eight Deadly Sin, there exists no “hookup”.
Schopenhauer also makes the point that the traditional hero’s only accepted laments are, ultimately, those of a sexual nature — lover’s complaints. For him, this is so because in this case it is not the individual that wails, but the species.
Let us simply accept that is more fruitful to read books of great minds than to read blogs of unthinking automatons, uneducated imbeciles.
